Self Service I.T Support Tool

With working at a company with overwhelming IT support issues and requests, and a small IT Support team , the Self Service I.T Support tool was created.  All developed by David J. Carlino, the tool has multiple branches, including self run scripts , primarily made to fix Google issues (for a company that runs primarily on Google and GCPW), scripts to fix display and multiple monitor issues, scripts to fix application issues, and other functions such as authorising for remote support (if the computer is not company owned or needed extra authorisation) or raising and viewing open tickets in the company’s internal ticketing systems.

The toolbox is fully developed, including

  • an update server for pushing new application updates,
  • an Admin Panel for authorised admins to fix advanced issues with prebuilt scripts (such as graphics reset, change admin passwords, etc)
  • Help Box to teach employees on how to use the software.
  • Online Monitoring Panel for admins to see who has used the toolbox, and also to see if Authorisation access is given by a user – VIEW THIS HERE

  • Developed using C# and Powershell.
